    About the Role

    12 Month Fixed Term Contract

    We are looking for a technically capable and customer focused IT service desk analyst to join our busy and close-knit IT team based in Bath. You will be instrumental in providing helpdesk support including setting up new staff and temporary staff on all systems to all users (circa 470)  across all Royds Withy Kings office locations in Bath, Swindon, Oxford, Marlborough and London.

    Responsibilities of the Role

    • User account creation for all IT systems

    • Carrying out new staff IT inductions, providing an overview of how systems work

    • Providing 1st/2nd line assistance when require on the IT Service Desk

    • Support new members of staff with any issues or queries arising in the first two weeks

    • Maintain the leavers procedures by ensuring all relevant systems are shutdown and access is removed etc.

    About You

    • Experience in an IT support position

    • Experience of delivering training

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows 7

    • Experience of Big hand, Elite, Worldoxs and Visual Files is desirable

    • Windows server and Citrix experience would be an advantage     

    • Ability to confidently deliver IT training to new members of staff

    • Analytical & methodical approach to IT problem solving
