    About the Role

    Due to the continued expansion and growth of our business, we are seeking a high-level Operations professional to lead the delivery of the strategic operations plan. You will manage a team of 27 Facilities and Front of house staff, as well as advising the Board and Executive team on all operational aspects of key business plans and decisions.

    Responsibilities of the Role

    • To contribute to the overall firm strategy, advising on the operational implications of any decisions where appropriate

    • Co-ordinate the achievement of effective change management.

    • Lead the Operations team so that everyone understands his/her role, works within the agreed parameters to meet the needs of the Operations Plan.

    • Support personal and leadership development within the Operations team to facilitate and support career progression

    • Engage the Operations team and foster a culture of positive achievement and team spirit to achieve department goals

    • Provide a consistently high quality operational service to facilitate outstanding client service and high productivity

    • Develop, implement and drive consistency of processes and practices for both support and legal teams to meet business needs

    • Manage the overall Operations department budget ensuring control & value for money

    • Create and maintain an operational business plan & business continuity plan

    • Oversee energy management, carbon reduction & environmental initiatives within the firm to comply with RWK policies & procedures & external legislation.

    About You

    • Previous experience within a senior Operations role, within a legal or professional services organisation

    • Previous experience of operating within a management executive or senior management team

    • Previous experience of managing large teams including facilities and front of house staff

    • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence effectively at a senior level

    • Project management skills
